Compatible with tablets and smartphones, the tool provides sales representatives with latest brand information, sales and marketing content, and improved order-taking and order transmission capabilities.

Wingman 2.0 also improves customer relations by maintaining account activity that is properly synchronized with producer's customer relationship management (CRM)/ enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.

Groove managing director Sean Dunn said to compete in the 21st century, wineries, distillers and their distributor representatives need to have accurate and aligned digital brand presentations, order taking and order transmission capabilities at their fingertips.

"Wingman 2.0 is a versatile, powerful and intuitive digital tool, for browser or application deployment, that can be customized per account to fit the needs, goals and realities of every retailer. It's simple to use, cost-effective and amazingly efficient," Dunn added.

"Wingman 2.0 represents a fundamental shift in the way producers and distributors can take their products to market.

"It gives sales representatives the ability to clearly and accurately communicate brand priorities and ultimately increase account conversion through digital brand engagement."
