Omaha Steaks adds wines to product portfolio

Omaha Steaks, a US-based family held business that markets meat, food seasonings, cookbooks and pet food, has expanded its product line with the addition of specially selected wines.

The range of wines includes full-bodied Cabernet to smooth Chardonnay, which are available for purchase at its website www.OmahaSteaks.com.

Omaha Steaks has also partnered with online wine retailer Wine.com. Both the gourmet foods and premium wines will be delivered directly to the customers.

Omaha Steaks president Bruce Simon said as a fifth-generation, family-owned company, they have been delivering dining experiences for nearly 100 years.

"Our customers frequently ask for recommendations on food and wine pairings and we are pleased to offer them specially selected wines hand-picked to complement our wide variety of premium steaks and gourmet foods," Simon added.
