OnTrak Software partners with Menu Designs to serve wine, spirits industry
OnTrak Software, an Ohio-based privately held technology company that develops software solutions for the beverage distribution industry, has partnered with Menu Designs to provide software solutions for wine and spirits wholesalers.
Menu Designs is a division of David Dobbs Enterprises and mainly provides wine list, menu covers and other point of sale (POS) products to its customers in wine and spirits business.
Under the partnership, OnTrak will offer its web-based software tool MenuTrak to Menu Designs' customers.
The MenuTrak tool allows wine and spirits wholesalers to automate their business activities such as configuration, approval and production of custom beverage menus and printed signs. It also helps them reduce errors and time, while also track and manage costs, and improve supplier bill-back recovery.
Menu Designs CEO David Dobbs said having served wine and spirits industry for over 30 years, the company knows the importance of order management and bill back recovery procedures for their beverage distributor customers.
"OnTrak is the only system we have seen which gives the customer such complete control over their wine and drink list POS marketing process -- reducing time-to-market, increasing market share, and improving recovery billing," Dobbs added.

Both the firms will showcase their solutions during the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) 70th Annual Convention & Exposition on 28-30 April 2013 in Orlando.
